In particular, as regards dismissal on the ground of loss of mutual trust between a member of the temporary staff and the political group of the European Parliament to which he is assigned, although a temporary staff member assigned to non-attached Members has an interest in making sure that the bond of trust that has been breached is that with his direct line-manager, in the case of a staff member assigned to a traditional political group other than that of the non-attached Members, characterised by a presumably shared political conviction, where the bond of trust is breached, it no longer exists with the group as a whole, and the question of which persons have lost trust is no longer relevant.
En particulier, s’agissant d’un licenciement justifié par la perte de confiance mutuelle entre un agent temporaire et un groupe politique du Parlement européen auprès duquel il est affecté, si un agent temporaire affecté auprès de membres non inscrits a un intérêt à s’assurer que le lien de confiance rompu est bien celui qui le lie à son responsable administratif direct, dans le cas d’un agent affecté auprès d’un groupe politique classique autre que celui des non-inscrits, caractérisé par une conviction politique présumée commune, lorsque le lien de confiance est rompu, il n’existe plus avec le groupe dans sa globalité et la question de savoir quelles personnes ont perdu confiance n’est plus pertinente.
