IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In order to take account of the amounts resulting from the notifications to be made by Croatia regarding the de-mined land that has returned to use for agricultural activities, the power to adopt certain acts should be delegated to the Commission in respect of reviewing certain financial provisions applying to Croatia.

Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, as amended by the Act of Accession of 2011, provides for a special national de-mining reserve for Croatia in order to finance, for a period of ten years after its accession to the Union, the allocation of payment entitlements to land which is de-mined and returned to agricultural use every year.

In order to take account of the developments relating to the total maximum amounts of direct payments that may be granted, including those resulting from the decisions to be taken by the Member States regarding transfers between the first and second pillars and the application of the reduction and, where applicable, capping of payments, as well as those resulting from the notifications to be made by Croatia regarding the de-mined land that has returned to use for agricultural activities, the power to adopt certain acts should be delegated to the Commission in respect of adapting the national and net ceilings set out in this Regulation.

6. In order to take account of the consequences of the return of de-mined land to use for agricultural activities as notified by Croatia in accordance with this Article, the Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 70 adapting the amounts set out in Annex VI.

(2) The Stabilization Account for a particular agricultural commodity established in the accounts of Canada by section 13.1 of the Agricultural Stabilization Act, as that section read immediately before the coming into force of this Act, is hereby continued, and any balance standing to the credit of the Stabilization Account for that commodity shall be transferred to the Revenue Insurance Fund for the equivalent agricultural product or class of agricultural products.

23 (1) Subject to subsection (3), any agreement entered into pursuant to section 13 of the Agricultural Stabilization Act that is in effect before the coming into force of this Act shall be deemed to have been entered into pursuant to this Act and shall, subject to this Act and any regulations made thereunder, have effect in accordance with its terms and conditions as if it had, by its terms, established a revenue insurance program and as if any reference in the agreement to the Agricultural Stabilization Board were a reference to the Minister.

Invites the Assembly of Kosovo to act in accordance with the reconciliatory spirit and letter of UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and the letter of the Constitutional Framework; stresses that Kosovo's stability and prosperity continue to depend on respecting the rights of all its citizens and, in particular, on the return of refugees and displaced persons, as well as on genuine protection for its minorities;
