I appeal to some of the Liberal members that it is not too late to reflect on this bill and to make a decision that it should not be allowed to pass third reading and then, of course, go to the Senate, where it will just be rubber-stamped and go through now that a Conservative majority has been appointed in the unelected Senate.
Je rappelle aux députés libéraux qu'il n'est pas trop tard pour réfléchir aux conséquences de ce projet de loi et pour empêcher qu'il ne soit adopté puis envoyé au Sénat, où son adoption ne sera bien évidemment qu'une simple formalité, maintenant que les conservateurs ont nommé assez de sénateurs pour former la majorité de cette institution non élue.
