Attached to the communication are the following: (i) a proposal for a Council Decision establishing the network of rail and inland waterway routes and specifying the priority work needed to develop the railway network (provision of adequate loading gauge and clearance, equipment of terminals and introduction of rolling stock), (ii) a proposal to extend until 1995 and amend the Regulation (1107/70) authorizing aid for investment in combined transport, (iii) a proposal to amend the Directive (75/130) on the establishment of common rules for combined transport in order to include sea journeys.
