This year also marks the 10th anniversary of the World Conference on Human Rights, which adopted the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action (VDPA), the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Paris Principles on National Human Rights Institutions
Cette année marque aussi le 10 anniversaire de la conférence mondiale sur les droits de l'homme, qui a vu l'adoption de la déclaration de Vienne et de son programme d'action, le 10 anniversaire de la création du Haut commissariat aux droits de l'homme ainsi que le 10 anniversaire de l'adoption des principes de Paris concernant les institutions nationales pour la protection et la promotion des droits de l'homme.
