The product subject to this investigation is certain aluminium foil of a thickness of less than 0,021 mm, not backed, not further worked than rolled, in rolls of a weight exceeding 10 kg, and excluding aluminium foil of a thickness of not less than 0,008 mm and not more than 0,018 mm in rolls of a width not exceeding 650 mm (‘the product under investigation’).
Le produit soumis à la présente enquête correspond à certaines feuilles d’aluminium d’une épaisseur inférieure à 0,021 mm, sans support, simplement laminées, présentées en rouleaux d’un poids supérieur à 10 kg, à l’exclusion des feuilles d’aluminium ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 0,008 mm et 0,018 mm présentées en rouleaux d’une largeur n’excédant pas 650 mm (ci-après le «produit soumis à l’enquête»).
