Comments from the Expert Group on Anti-Doping (XG AD) to the revision of the WADC were prepared and submitted to the Council in four successive waves, following the consultation phase rhythm of WADA.[7] Similarly, International Standards pertaining to the Code were commented on by the EU in three waves.[8] In its fourth contribution, the EU has extended a comprehensive proposal to WADA to work on appropriate non-binding guidance texts to accompany the relevant Code and International Standards provisions as part of the post-2015 implementation.
Les observations du groupe d’experts «Lutte contre le dopage» au sujet de la révision du code mondial antidopage ont été préparées et soumises au Conseil en quatre vagues successives, en suivant le rythme des phases de consultation de l’AMA[7]. De même, les normes internationales relevant du code ont été commentées par l’Union en trois vagues[8]. Dans sa quatrième contribution, l’Union a transmis à l’AMA une proposition exhaustive visant à travailler sur des textes d’orientation non contraignants pour accompagner le code et les dispositions relatives aux normes internationales dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du plan après 2015.
