It consists of - the construction of around 460 new gravity feed village water systems, - the installation of other drinking water schemes (30 tubewells, 20 rain water storage schemes, 25 hydraulic ram pumps), - measures to test and improve the quality of water, - the installation of latrines, backed by a health education campaign, - a training programme for field staff.
