Endorses the regional initiative launched by the European Union with the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe, with the aim of overcoming the crisis in the western Balkans, and welcomes the participation of the FRY, as of 26 October 2000, in this Stability Pact, which will contribute to peace, security and stability in this region;
