Clinical picture compatible with pertussis, e.g. a cough illness lasting at least 2 weeks with one of the following: paroxysms of coughing, inspiratory "whoop" or post-tussive vomiting without other apparent cause.
Tableau clinique compatible avec la coqueluche, c'est-à-dire une toux durant au moins deux semaines avec un des signes suivants: quintes de toux, "reprise" inspiratoire ou vomissements après la toux, sans autre cause apparente.
