In order to prevent circumvention of textile trade and to ensure the actual Croatian origin of the products, the eleven most sensitive textiles products for the EU (cotton yarn, woven cotton and synthetic fabrics, pullovers, blouses, shirts, trousers, terry towelling, woven overcoats, suits, etc.) will be submitted to a double-checking system (licensing).
