On 9 September 2005, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertakings Wielkopolskie Zakłady Tłuszczowe ADM Szamotuły Sp. z.o.o (‘ADM Poland’, Poland) belonging to the group ADM and Cefetra B.V (‘Cefetra’, The Netherlands) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation joint control of the undertaking Bałtycki Terminal Zbożowy sp. z.o.o (‘BTZ’, Poland), currently under control of the Gdynia Port Authority by way of purchase of shares.
Le 9 septembre 2005, la Commission a reçu notification d'un projet de concentration, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), par lequel les entreprises Wielkopolskie Zakłady Tłuszczowe ADM Szamotuły Sp. z.o.o («ADM Poland», Pologne) appartenant au groupe ADM et Cefetra B.V («Cefetra», Pays-Bas) acquièrent, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement du Conseil, le contrôle en commun de l'entreprise Bałtycki Terminal Zbożowy sp. z.o.o («BTZ», Pologne), jusqu'à présent contrôlée par les Autorités du Port de Gdynia, par achat d'actions.
