− The ENVI resolution was fairly narrowly adopted (final vote 292/274/38) with the following changes/remarks: the reference to ‘without prejudice to moving to a 1.5 ºC limit’ was deleted with a narrow majority (RCV Amendment 14 and Amendment 18: 307/304/xx); the explicit mention that LULUCF and AAU loopholes could nullify all Annex I targets was deleted (Amendment 16: 316/301/xx), but other paragraphs requiring robust rules that are designed to deliver emissions reductions from Annex I remained.
− (EN) La résolution ENVI a été adoptée à une faible majorité (vote final 292/274/38) moyennant les modifications/remarques suivantes: la référence à «sans préjudice de l’objectif d’une hausse des températures limitée à 1,5 °C» a été supprimée à une étroite majorité (amendement 14 et amendement 18 adoptés par AN: 307/304/xx); la mention explicite que les lacunes dans les règles LULUCF et UQA pourraient réduire à néant tous les objectifs de l’annexe I a été supprimée (amendement 16: 316/301/xx), mais d’autres paragraphes demandant des règles strictes permettant les réductions des émissions visées à l’annexe I ont été conservés.
