I just wanted to address the whole idea that we have a mention here in the bill of physical presence, and yet I've cited examples I've come across in my own constituency where a physical presence has been abrogated by somebody leaving across unmanned border crossings to the United States and then going ahead and accessing claims, whether they be Seattle or other ports of exit from the U.S., to go back to their country of origin to continue to work and earn money and not pay Canadian taxes.
