Article 7c(1) of the same act states, in turn, that the motion for expression of consent for bringing a deputy or a senator to criminal accountability shall be submitted to the Speaker of the Sejm or to the Speaker of the Senate, who shall forward the motion to the body competent for its examination pursuant to the rules of procedure of the Sejm or the Senate and at the same time inform the deputy or senator concerned of the content of the motion.
L'article 7c, paragraphe 1, de cette même loi dispose, à son tour, que la demande de consentement en vue d'engager des poursuites pénales à l'encontre d'un député ou d'un sénateur est présentée au président de la Diète polonaise ou au président du Sénat polonais, qui la transmet à l'organe compétent aux fins de son examen conformément au règlement de la Diète ou du Sénat, et qui informe en même temps le député ou sénateur concerné du contenu de ladite demande.
