In my opinion, we have a system of taxation in this country that is very heavily loaded to senior governments, we have the primary responsibilities for addressing virtually everything that impacts on the quality of life at the local level of government, and somehow we have to get it rebalanced.
À mon avis, nous avons dans notre pays un régime fiscal qui privilégie énormément les ordres de gouvernement supérieurs; or il incombe au gouvernement local la responsabilité d'assurer tout ce qui touche à la qualité de la vie, et d'une manière ou d'une autre il faudra rétablir un équilibre.
