Mr. Paul Taillefer, Member of the Advisory Board on French, First Language, Canadian Teachers' Federation: In Ontario, following the Rozanski report, which found that in order to provide an equivalent level of services and teaching in the minority language, a considerable investment of between $120 and $150 million would be required to bridge the gap and provide annual increments, we have obviously been calling for these measures to be implemented quickly.
