IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Following up on the Union's support to the Libyan people during and after the conflict, in particular the support by the Instrument for Stability's short-term component to the Danish Refugee Council, DanishChurchAid and the Mines Advisory Group for UXO clearance, and increased risk awareness of SALW and ERW among the civilian population, the Union is committed to further cooperate with Libya on a wide range of issues, including security issues.
Dans le prolongement du soutien qu'elle a apporté au peuple libyen pendant et après le conflit, notamment le soutien apporté par la composante à court terme de l'Instrument de stabilité au Danish Refugee Council (Conseil danois pour les réfugiés), à la DanishChurchAid et au groupe technique de déminage pour l'élimination des munitions non explosées et le renforcement de la sensibilisation de la population civile aux risques que représentent les ALPC et les DGE, l'Union est déterminée à approfondir sa coopération avec la Libye sur toute une série de questions, notamment en matière de sécurité.

(9) In order to ensure harmonised responses across the Community to safety concerns regarding medicinal products for human use, the Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Advisory Committee should support the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use and the coordination group established by Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 November 2001 on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use on any question relating to the pharmacovigilance of medicinal products for human use.

(13) With a view to ensuring that the same level of scientific expertise in the area of pharmacovigilance decision-making at both Community and national level, when fulfilling pharmacovigilance tasks the coordination group should be able to rely on the advice of the Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Advisory Committee of the Agency.
(13) Afin de garantir un niveau de compétence scientifique identique à tous les niveaux, tant national que communautaire, pour la prise de décisions en matière de pharmacovigilance, il convient que le groupe de coordination puisse faire appel, dans l'exercice de ses activités de pharmacovigilance, aux conseils du comité consultatif pour l'évaluation des risques en matière de pharmacovigilance de l'Agence.

(13) With a view to ensuring the same level of scientific expertise in the area of pharmacovigilance decision-making at both Community and national level, when fulfilling pharmacovigilance tasks the coordination group should be able to rely on the advice of the Agency’s Pharmacovigilance Risk-Benefit Balance Assessment Advisory Committee.

In the area of public funding important steps have been taken to improve the overall efficiency of Community risk capital markets: the Commission has clarified its policy towards state aid; the EIF has strengthened and fully defined its role as the risk capital arm of the EIB Group; the EIB Group and the Commission have signed a joint memorandum to co-finance RD activities; risk capital is becoming more involved in regional development; and some Community instruments have been redirected toward early stage finance.
