I am going to meet the French unions once more and I shall repeat once more what I have said on several occasions before that there is no question of privatising air traffic control. The aim is to improve how it operates, in conjunction with all parties concerned, first and foremost the air traffic controllers themselves who have to be the prime movers of any change".
