109.04 Upon termination of a transfer to another contracting State, in accordance with Article 83 bis of the Convention, of the responsibility to issue or to render valid a certificate of airworthiness for a Canadian aircraft as set out in Article 31 of the Convention, the Minister shall reinstate the certificate of airworthiness if the registered owner of the aircraft complies with the applicable importation requirements specified in section 507.07.
109.04 Dès l’expiration du transfert à un autre État contractant, conformément à l’article 83 bis de la Convention, de la responsabilité qui est indiquée à l’article 31 de la Convention et qui porte sur la délivrance ou la validation d’un certificat de navigabilité à l’égard d’un aéronef canadien, le ministre rétablit le certificat de navigabilité si le propriétaire enregistré de l’aéronef se conforme aux exigences d’importation applicables qui sont précisées à l’article 507.07.
