If I declare today that the ministers of the Italian Republic, Gianfranco Fini, Altiero Matteoli, Gianni Alemanno and Mario Landolfi have betrayed the political project and statute of the MSI and have destroyed the alternative to the liberal and communist regime by changing the statutes and the aims of that party and transforming it into a different entity, can I be investigated and prosecuted for such an act or am I exercising my right to political debate?
Si je déclare aujourd’hui que les ministres de la République italienne, Gianfranco Fini, Altiero Matteoli, Gianni Alemanno et Mario Landolfi ont trahi le projet politique et le statut du MSI et qu’ils ont annihilé toute solution alternative au régime libéral et communiste en changeant les statuts et les objectifs de ce parti et en le transformant en une entité différente, puis-je faire l’objet d’une enquête et être poursuivi pour un tel acte ou bien suis-je en train d’exercer mon droit à un débat politique?
