...[+++]interventions de l’OTAN, conformément au mandat légal découlant de la résolution 1973 du CSNU; que la Chambre continue d’appuyer la participation du Canada à tous les aspects de la reconstruction de la Libye, notamment les droits de la personne, le développement démocratique et la primauté du droit; que la Chambre déplore la violence commise par l’ancien régime à l’endroit du peuple libyen, notamment les allégations de viol comme arme de guerre; que le Comité permanent des affaires étrangères et du développement international et le Comité permanent de la défense nationale de la Chambre des communes demeurent saisis des activités menées par le Canada en application de la résolution 1973 du CSNU et en vue de la reconstruction de la nouvelle Libye; et que la Chambre continue d’offrir son appui inconditionnel aux courageux hommes et femmes des Forces armées canadiennes, qui montent la garde pour chacun d'entre nous, et continuent de protéger les civils libyens contre les dangers que représente toujours le régime de Kadhafi.
