Implementation of LEADER II in the fifteen Member States The adoption of this third set of programmes means that, altogether, 64 national and regional LEADER II programmes have been approved since March 1995, accounting for a combined Community contribution of ECU 1230 million and a total volume of operations worth ECU 3050 million.
