In spite of the need for coal and that coal exists in Cape Breton which will last for as long as Nova Scotia Power could probably envision using it, it makes no sense to me to shut down the mines in Cape Breton and essentially sell the contract to supply coal to Nova Scotia Power to an American interest, aside from the fact that the finance minister's ships are hauling this coal.
Compte tenu du besoin de charbon et du fait que cette ressource existe au Cap-Breton et durera probablement tant que Nova Scotia Power voudra l'utiliser, il est insensé à mon avis de fermer les mines au Cap-Breton et de vendre essentiellement le contrat d'approvisionnement en charbon de Nova Scotia Power à des intérêts étrangers, à part le fait que ce sont les bateaux du ministre des Finances qui transportent ce charbon.
