Definition: Disorders characterized by a repetitive and persistent pattern of dissocial, aggressive, or defiant conduct. Such behaviour should amount to major violations of age-appropriate social expectations; it should therefore be more severe than ordinary childish mischief or adolescent rebelliousness and should imply an enduring pattern of behaviour (six months or longer). Features of conduct disorder can also be symptomatic of other psychiatric conditions, in which case the underlying diagnosis should be preferred. Examples of the behaviours on which the diagnosis is based include excessive levels of fighting or bullying, cruelty to other people or animals, severe destructiveness to property, fire-setting, stealing, repeated lying, truancy from school and running away from home, unusually frequent and severe temper tantrums, and disobedience. Any one of these behaviours, if marked, is sufficient for the diagnosis, but isolated dissocial acts are not.

7. If the age of the insured is understated in an application for an insurance contract, the amount payable under that contract shall be the amount that bears the same ratio to the sum assured that the premium proper to the age stated of the insured bears to the premium proper to the actual age of the insured, the stated age and the actual age being both taken as at the date of the contract; the premium proper herein referred to is the net annual premium shown by the mortality table mentioned in section 4, the rate of interest being six per cent as therein mentioned.
7. 12. Self-destruction of the insured within two years from the date of an insurance contract is a risk that is not assumed in the contract, and if the insured dies from such cause within the said period the amount payable under the contract shall be the reserve thereon calculated in accordance with section 4.

(2) If the application for annuity contract is made and the consideration therefor is paid with intent to delay, hinder or defraud creditors, the creditors are, upon establishing such intent before a court of competent jurisdiction, entitled to receive, and the Minister is hereby authorized to pay to them or to any person authorized by the court to receive it on their behalf, any sum paid in by the purchaser, with interest thereon at the rate of three per cent per annum compounded yearly, or so much thereof as is certified by the court to be required to satisfy the claims of such creditors, and costs; and thereupon the annuity contract shall be cancelled, or the annuity to become payable thereunder shall be proportionately reduced, according as the whole or a part only of the sum payable as aforesaid is so paid by the Minister; or, if an annuity is then payable under the contract, such payment may be made out of and up to an amount equal to the present value of the annuity so payable, and the contract shall thereupon be cancelled, or the annuity payable thereunder proportionately reduced, according as the whole or a part only of such present value is so paid.

3. Revenue shall comprise, without prejudice to other types of income, total fees payable under Annex I to this Regulation, total fees as provided for in Regulation (EC) No 6/2002, total fees payable, under the Madrid Protocol, for an international registration designating the Union, and other payments made to Contracting Parties to the Madrid Protocol, total fees payable, under the Geneva Act referred to in Article 106c of Regulation (EC) No 6/2002, for an international registration designating the Union and other payments made to Contracting Parties to the Geneva Act, and, to the extent necessary, a subsidy entered against a specific heading of the Commission section of the general budget of the Union.

The bureaux to which the provisions of this section apply shall guarantee, on a full reciprocity basis, the reimbursement of all amounts payable under these Regulations arising out of any accident involving a vehicle normally based in the territory of the State for which each of these bureaux is competent, whether the vehicle is insured or not.
