The payment for the B.C. bud, which I understand is fine-grade marijuana—I wouldn't know anything about those types of things.But I understand that it's valuable in the black market, and often the payment for those drug shipments is illegal hand-guns and assault rifles, and those come back onto our city streets—Vancouver, Edmonton, and certainly Calgary, as Chief Hanson so eloquently pointed out.
