under Article 270 TFEU, applicable to the EAEC Treaty by virtue of Article 106a thereof, in which Mr Migliore seeks, principally, annulment of the decision of the appointing authority of the European Commission of 19 April 2013 excluding him from the list of 63 officials authorised to participate in 2013 in the certification training programme for 2012 (‘the 2012 certification procedure’), and compensation for the harm he considers he has suffered.
Recours, introduit au titre de l’article 270 TFUE, applicable au traité CEEA en vertu de son article 106 bis, par lequel M. Migliore demande principalement l’annulation de la décision de l’autorité investie du pouvoir de nomination (ci-après l’«AIPN») de la Commission européenne, du 19 avril 2013, de ne pas l’avoir inscrit sur la liste des 63 fonctionnaires autorisés à participer en 2013 au programme de formation au titre de l’exercice de certification de l’année 2012 (ci-après l’«exercice de certification 2012») et la réparation du préjudice qu’il estime avoir subi.

As a result, tariffs on baby clothing and selected sports and athletic equipment, excluding bicycles, imported into Canada on or after 1 April 2013 are removed for countries designated as “most favoured nations,” resulting in consequential reductions to other rates of duty under certain preferential tariff treatments.
