One of the main aims of the future rules for the 2007-2013 programming period as regards shared management is to clearly define, on the basis of the obligations imposed by Community law and experience with the present rules, the framework, nature and division of the responsibilities among the various parties involved in the implementation of the Community budget, i.e. on the one hand the Member States and their implementing bodies and on the other the Commission.
Un des principaux objectifs de la future réglementation pour la période de programmation 2007-2013, en ce qui concerne la gestion partagée, est de délimiter clairement sur la base des obligations qui ressortent du droit communautaire ainsi bien que de l'expérience tirée de la réglementation actuelle, le cadre, la nature et le partage des responsabilités entre les différents intervenants impliqués dans l'exécution du budget communautaire, c'est-à-dire d'un côté les Etats membres et les organismes de mise en oeuvre, et, de l'autre, la Commission.
