Calls on the authorities of the Republika Sprska to cooperate fully with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and in particular to arrest former President Radovan Karadjic and former Bosnian Serb general Ratko Mladic, as requested in the UN Commission on Human Rights on 18 April 2001;
