Hon. Edward M. Lawson: Honourable senators, as I was saying when I was interrupted yesterday, there is something wrong with the picture when the perpetrators of character assassination against individual senators, which is an attack on the entire chamber, can go to the Board of Internal Economy of the House of Commons and have their legal fees paid, while the victims of these character assassinations are left to take care of themselves.
