Where the accounts of the PPP body are required to be consolidated in accordance with the accounting rules referred to in Article 143 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012, the accounting officer shall send the final accounts, together with the opinion of the external auditor referred to in Article 46 and the approval of the governing board to the Court of Auditors, the European Parliament and the Council, by 1 July of the following financial year.

It is necessary to amend Decision 2009/496/EC, Euratom of the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission, the Court of Justice, the Court of Auditors, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions of 26 June 2009 on the organisation and operation of the Publications Office of the European Union (1) in order to adapt it to the provisions of the Treaties as amended by the Treaty of Lisbon and, in particular, to add the European Council as a signatory institution.
Il y a lieu de modifier la décision 2009/496/CE, Euratom du Parlement européen, du Conseil, de la Commission, de la Cour de justice, de la Cour des comptes, du Comité économique et social européen et du Comité des régions du 26 juin 2009 relative à l’organisation et au fonctionnement de l’Office des publications de l’Union européenne (1) afin de l’adapter aux dispositions des traités, telles que modifiées par le traité de Lisbonne et, notamment, d’ajouter le Conseil européen aux institutions signataires.

8. Each institution shall inform the Court of Auditors, the European Parliament and the Council of the appointment and release of authorising officers by delegation, internal auditors and accounting officers, and of any internal rules it adopts in respect of financial matters.
