Dans ces conditions, le Conseil envisage-t-il d'intervenir auprès des autorités albanaises pour qu'elles respectent tous les principes, règles démocratiques et droits de l'homme qui constituent le fondement de relations institutionnelles entre elles et l'Union et pour qu'elles donnent à tous les membres de la communauté grecque la possibilité d'exercer ce droit fondamental que constitue l'accès à l'enseignement dans leur langue maternelle ?
