Takes note of the ruling of the Cassation Court that a retrial of Al-Jazeera journalists Mohammed Fahmy, Peter Greste and Baher Mohamed must be launched; notes, however, that this ruling is based only on procedural grounds and that all three journalists should be released immediately and unconditionally and that charges of ‘falsifying news’ and ‘involvement with the Muslim Brotherhood’ should be dropped;
