The European Commission has cleared a joint venture agreement between DTFT Ltd a venture between Deutsche Telekom and France Télécom and Energis, the UK carrier formerly owned by the National Grid.
La Commission a autorisé un accord instituant une entreprise commune entre DTFT Ltd - elle-même entreprise commune détenue par Deutsche Telekom et France Télécom -, et Energis, l'entreprise de télécommunications britannique qui appartenait autrefois au réseau national.
