After the proceedings had been initiated, the German authorities informed the Commission that a contract had been signed between Sidmar, Klöckner Werke and the Bremen group under which Sidmar was to acquire a 25% holding in Klöckner Stahl.
Les autorités allemandes ont informé la Commission après l'ouverture de la procédure qu'un contrat avait été signé entre Sidmar, Köckner Werke et le groupe de Brême qui prévoyait l'entrée de SIDMAR à hauteur de 25% dans le capital de Klöckner Stahl.
