According to the information received, the scheme involves a capital injection of BFR 100 million and an equity loan of BFR 100 million by the Walloon authorities, a minority shareholder in the company, together with a capital injection on the part of the majority shareholder.
Selon les informations obtenues il s'agit d'un apport en capital de 100 millions de FB ainsi que d'un prêt participatif de 100 millions de FB de la part des autorités wallonnes constituant un actionnaire minoritaire de l'entreprise. Les mesures sont accompagnées d'un apport en capital de l'actionnaire majoritaire.
