"3 bis. Pour faciliter, dans le cas des bigarreaux d'industrie, l'adoption de mesures spécifiques destinées à améliorer la compétitivité, parmi celles visées au paragraphe 1, il est accordé aux bigarreaux d'industrie destinés à la transformation en cerises confites, cerises douces au sirop, en saumure ou à l'alcool, en vertu du présent article et par le biais des organisations de producteurs, une aide forfaitaire de 1 000 euros/ha, dans la limite maximum de 9 000 ha, dont la production est engagée en totalité par contrat annuel ou pluriannuel signé avant campagne entre l'organisation de producteurs et un transformateur”.
