Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that all catching vessels referred to in the ICCAT record of vessels authorised to fish actively for bluefin tuna entering a designated port to land and/or tranship bluefin tuna caught in the eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean are submitted to a control in port.
