The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Schneidersöhne papier, the German paper merchanting company with sales in various EU Member States, by Stora Enso, the Finnish industrial group active in the production and sale of paper, board, pulp and sawn timber.
La Commission européenne a autorisé, en application du règlement CE sur les concentrations, le projet d’acquisition de Schneidersöhne Papier, un négociant en papier allemand présent dans plusieurs États membres de l’UE, par Stora Enso, un groupe industriel finlandais actif dans la production et la vente de papier, de planches, de pâte et de bois scié.
