Once again it is shameful that the Liberal Party, using its majority in the House, should impose a fee structure so ridiculous that it will require registration of all boats and penalize children who are simply going to play on the rivers and the lakes. The Liberal Party will be held responsible for penalizing young people, in Quebec and elsewhere in this huge country.
Encore une fois, l'odieux, si jamais, par sa majorité ici en cette Chambre, le Parti libéral réussissait à imposer une tarification aussi absurde que celle d'immatriculer et pénaliser des enfants qui vont souvent s'amuser dans les rivières et les lacs, alors le Parti libéral aura l'odieux de pénaliser cette jeunesse, autant celle du Québec que celle d'ailleurs dans ce vaste pays.
