IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In adopting this decision the Commission, which as a rule opposes aid for investment in animal feed production, took into account the following assurances given by the Danish authorities: - since the beneficiary of the aid is a farmers' cooperative, the benefit from the aid will go almost exclusively to the farmers themselves; - the beneficiary is the only commercial producer of animal feed in Bornholm; - since transport costs are high, nearly all the animal feed produced in Bornholm is used to feed livestock on Bornholm itself; for the same reason, all the animal feed produced by the beneficiary is likely to be used to supply the island; - because of the agronomic conditions on Bornholm, the aid in question cannot have an impact on agricultural production on Bornholm; - no economic operator will suffer any disadvantage as a result of this aid.
En adoptant cette décision, la Commission, qui en règle générale s'oppose aux aides pour l'investissement dans le secteur de production d'aliments du bétail, a pris en considération notamment les assurances suivantes fournies par les autorités danoises: - le bénéficiaire de l'aide étant une coopérative d'agriculteurs, le bénéfice de l'aide sera répercuté dans sa quasi-totalité sur les agriculteurs eux-mêmes; - le bénéficiaire est le seul producteur commercial d'aliments du bétail à Bornholm; - étant donné les coûts de transport importants, la quasi-totalité de la production à Bornholm de produits destinés à l'alimentation animale va à la production d'aliments de bétail à Bornholm même; pour la même raison, toute la production d'aliments du bétail du bénéciaire est susceptible d'aller à l'approvisionnement de cette même île; - vu les conditions agronomiques de Bornholm, l'aide en question n'est pas susceptible d'avoir une incidence sur la production agricole à Bornholm; - aucun opérateur économique ne subira de préjudice à cause de cette aide.
