Following the request for an exploratory opinion by the British Minister for European Affairs, the European Economic and Social Committee has asked its Single Market Observatory, chaired by Mr Bryan CASSIDY (Group I - Employers, United Kingdom), to draft an opinion entitled "Better Lawmaking", whose rapporteur is Mr Daniel RETUREAU (Group II - Employees, France).
Faisant suite à une demande d'avis exploratoire émanant du ministre britannique des affaires européennes, le Comité économique et social européen a demandé à son Observatoire du marché unique, que préside M. Brian CASSIDY (groupe I, employeurs, Royaume-Uni), de préparer un avis intitulé "Mieux légiférer", avis dont le rapporteur est M. Daniel RETUREAU (groupe II, salariés, France).
