(74) The company González y Díez S.A. makes a new claim in its document with comments on the decision to reopen the proceedings, arguing that instead of having abandoned 170000 tonnes in the La Prohida subsector and 585000 t in the Buseiro sector, what it did was to abandon the La Prohida subsector completely and to abandon totally the western zone of the open-cast deposit of Buseiro.
(74) La société González y Díez S.A. présente les faits différemment dans ses observations sur la décision de rouvrir la procédure, en affirmant que, au lieu d'avoir abandonné 170000 tonnes dans le sous-secteur La Prohida et 585000 t dans le secteur Buseiro, elle a procédé à l'abandon complet du sous-secteur La Prohida ainsi qu'à l'abandon total de la zone ouest du gisement à ciel ouvert de Buseiro.
