Cowan (Leader of the Opposition): Colleagues, I'm sure that I speak for many of us, if not all of us, when I say how deeply troubled I am by the allegations raised in the affidavit of RCMP Corporal Greg Horton that attempts were made to interfere with the forensic audit that the Senate ordered of Senator Duffy's expense claims.
