The European Commission (the Commission) has terminated the demarches with the Republic of Ghana in the fight against IUU fishing initiated on 26 November 2013 with the Commission Decision 2013/C 346/03 (1) on notifying the third countries that the Commission considers as possible of being identified as non-cooperating third countries pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 (2) establishing a Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing (IUU Regulation).
La Commission européenne (ci-après la «Commission») a mis fin aux démarches à l’égard de la République du Ghana dans la lutte contre la pêche INN qui ont été engagées le 26 novembre 2013 par la décision 2013/C 346/03 de la Commission (1) relative à la notification des pays tiers que la Commission pourrait considérer comme pays tiers non coopérants en application du règlement (CE) no 1005/2008 du Conseil (2) établissant un système communautaire destiné à prévenir, à décourager et à éradiquer la pêche illicite, non déclarée et non réglementée (ci-après le «règlement INN»).
