Michael Forrestall: Honourable senators, it is a great honour for me to rise today to speak to Honourable Senator Kenny's excellent motion for us to call Colonel Patrick Stogran, truly a living Canadian hero, before the Committee of the Whole so that we may hear firsthand of his preparations for and experiences in Afghanistan.
