6. Stresses the importance of implementing the mutual recognition of professional qualifications, calling on the Commission to sustain efforts for the negotiation of mutual recognition agreements in close coordination with the competent authorities and professional organisations and associations concerned; proposes that consideration be given to providing the relevant information necessary through these bodies both to professionals in the European Union wishing to work in the United States and professionals in the United States coming to work in the European Union;
6. souligne combien il importe de parvenir à la reconnaissance mutuelle des qualifications professionnelles et invite la Commission à poursuivre la négociation d'accords de reconnaissance mutuelle en étroite coordination avec les autorités compétentes, les organismes et les ordres professionnels; propose qu'une étude examine la possibilité de mettre, au travers de ces entités, les informations voulues à la disposition des professionnels de l'Union européenne qui souhaitent travailler aux États-Unis et des professionnels américains qui souhaiteraient s'établir dans l'Union pour y exercer une activité professionnelle;
