The selected projects cover a wide range of subjects, including, for example, "11 September and beyond - the Challenge for journalism education" , bringing together a consortium of Canadian and European higher education journalism institutions and leading media companies to develop a transnational response, allowing for the maintenance of reliable news and information in the post 11 September era, and "International Master in Environmental Science", focusing on the development of a two-year international Masters in environmental science with concentrations on biofuel and air quality studies by a consortium of European and US higher education institutions and industry partners.

I feel not possessive exactly, but regarding the brain drain we talk about, I am thinking about the interesting balance we must have in providing opportunities for our Canadians to experience international education, but also being mindful of the competitive nature of this global education industry.
Je ne suis pas vraiment possessive, mais au sujet de l'exode des cerveaux dont nous avons parlé, je songe à l'équilibre intéressant que nous devons réaliser en donnant à nos étudiants l'occasion d'acquérir une expérience internationale, sans pour autant perdre de vue la nature concurrentielle du secteur mondial de l'éducation.
