(2) Sa Majesté du chef du Canada se substitue à l’Office, au même titre et dans les mêmes conditions que celui-ci, comme partie dans les procédures judiciaires en cours à l’entrée en vigueur du présent article.

Footnote (2) Any action, suit or other legal proceeding to which the Canadian Livestock Feed Board is party pending in any court on the coming into force of this section may be continued by or against Her Majesty in right of Canada in like manner and to the same extent as it could have been continued by or against the Board.

(2) Every reference to the Canadian Livestock Feed Board in any deed, contract or other document executed by the Board in its own name shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be read as a reference to Her Majesty in right of Canada.
