I think your point is a valid one, Mr. Reed, but we'll have to check the notes about that, because as I understand it, with the review of the lists they've been very careful to go through these things and to understand that if a species occasionally comes into Canada and therefore the numbers are small, if it is only occasional, it's not really considered to be at risk.
